June 2025 Summer News!

I am thrilled to share that Lohar Projects is back in Brooklyn permanently as of June! I look forward to bringing the growth, learning and imagination I gathered in the high desert back to the city I call home. Many thanks to the wonderful people and places in New Mexico who supported me in welcoming slowness, reflection, and perhaps most importantly expansion.  And to my community in New York, new and old, it's already been a joy to be with you and witness the energies you exude into the world - to much, much more! 

I am also happy to join the team at Eyebeam as Interim Executive Director this month! During this moment of transition for the organization, I am excited to work with their staff, board and larger community to map a path for the future. Many thanks to the board and staff for welcoming me into this role with openness and care!

As you know from previous notes, I love engaging with artists so I am so happy to continue working with Creative Capital artists as an advisor and the Print Center’s new cohort of New Voices artists this year. These artists bring so much to my understanding of the world and it's always inspiring to work with such creative minds.

New Yorkers, its honor to be among you again!  I welcome a chance to see you in person soon :)
